The Cadets cruised to wins over Stamford, Norwalk and Danbury and are the favorites to take the FCIAC after beating Darien earlier in the year. Nicole Williams continues to throw well on the mound while Jovanna Hillman has swung the bat well.

The Spartans fell to Cheshire for their first loss of the season, but picked up a very solid 4-3 win over Mercy. Katie Koshes and Jenna Dilorenzo have continued to pace Amity, which just started a brutal seven-game road stretch.

The Crusaders beat West Haven and Hamden, but fell 7-5 to Mercy for their first loss of the year. Alexa Dawid, and Lindsey Spitz have been consistent contributors for Lauralton Hall.

The Blue Wave established its dominance with a 9-1 win over Warde and then cruised past Brien McMahon and Trinity Catholic. Captains Erika Osherow, Rebecca DeMaio, Kelly Vodola and Avery Maley have kept Darien on track with their leadership.

The Golden Bears, the defending Connecticut Class S champions, are rolling, knocking off Wamogo, Terryville and Lewis Mills in convincing fashion. Junior pitcher Morgan Sanson and sophomore first baseman Gabby Hurlbert are leading the way as underclassmen.

The Red Raiders fell 3-2 to a very good Oxford team, but bounced back with wins over Ansonia and Woodland. Torrington led Oxford in the sixth, but couldn’t hold off the rally. Ali DuBois led the way on the mound, while UConn-bound Marissa Morris had two hits.

The Eagles have wiped the memory of their early loss to Norwalk clean and have won four straight, beating Wilton, Danbury, Bassick and Brien McMahon. Harleigh Kaczegowicz, Samantha Platz, Taylor Brown and Lea Thompson continue to lead the way.

The Mustangs fell 9-1 to Darien, but beat New Canaan, Westhill and Staples to retain their spot. Gabriella Natoli has lit it up on the mound and with her bat, while Brianna West, Shannon McCarthy and Kayla Bivens have all performed well.
