Roy C. Ketcham track and field is a varsity winter and spring season sport, allowing everyone from freshmen to seniors to come together to participate on a varsity team. The RCK track and field is divided into two sections: girls track and boys track. Both teams attend the same meets, which brings everyone together.
The runners, throwers, or jumpers, like to call their team “a family.” The athletes respect each other as their teammates and love to cheer each other on.
The RCK Track and Field team has had athletes attend meets up to Nationals. They have won various titles and awards. The athletes love their team and respect their coaches as leading figures.
The events the athletes participate in depend on their skill. There is high jump, long jump, sprinting, distance, and shot put among others.
